I have found myself again, truly within my woman’s body

Before the program RECONNECT WITH YOUR FEMININE SEX & OFFER IT LOVE FROM YOUR HEART, my intimate parts were just organs, and that part of my body didn’t really exist for me. I didn’t dare go further in discovering my body and my sexuality. In fact, the thought never even crossed my mind. I didn’t feel fulfilled sexually. I didn’t feel any sexual desire. I was never the one to initiate. I made love with my husband for him, to please him, but not for me. I was very much in my head, even if sometimes I did feel pleasure. I also never took the initiative to change anything about this situation. My sex, my yoni, was taboo. I couldn’t even look at it. I didn’t know it could bring me so many good things. I have learned to love the parts of my body I used to feel self-conscious about. I have discovered extraordinary sensations I had never experienced before, and I realized that my intimate parts are alive. With this program, I awakened this ignored and dormant region. It gave me strength. Today, I know what I want and what I can feel in my body. It has eased something in my relationship with my husband. The most beautiful gift for me is that recently, I spoke to my husband about it, and we made love differently—and I experienced a deep, powerful orgasm that, in 25 years of marriage, I had never felt before.

Before this women's workshop today, I was feeling a lot of anxiety. We did many breathing exercises, and there were moments when we could move and express our bodies. Those fluid movements help a lot — they release something. Touching my body gently also feels really good. As a result, after the workshop, I feel much less anxious. Working with Lila changed my life and I am very grateful. Before, I was constantly emotionally overwhelmed. I carried a deep anger within me. I tried to repress my emotions. I was walking blind, yet I thought I could see. I was stuck in a hamster wheel. I was sinking into darkness because I saw no way out of my emotional struggles. I was not happy. I had already seen psychiatrists, hypnotherapists, childhood trauma specialists, and truly nothing had worked.
